Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with guests and ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve guest issues.
- Welcome and assist guests during their visit.
- Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.
- Maintain guest records and follow up when required.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and skilled personality.
- Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role will be preferred.
- Ability to handle guests politely and efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
