3+ years of experience in hospitality, luxury retail, aesthetic/dermatology clinics, premium salons or a similar setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident and comfortable dealing with high-profile clientele Calm and composed when handling difficult or unexpected situations Proactive, organised and able to take ownership Strong sales and client-conversion skills Excellent follow-up and relationship-management skills Comfortable with

Clinicia or similar CRM/appointment-management software High attention to detail and a professional, well-presented personality Most importantly: We're looking for someone who is smart, switched-on, warm and solution-oriented .
