nWe're looking for a Growth Consultant to work directly with customers, diagnose growth challenges, drive Qscale AI product adoption, and help businesses achieve measurable outcomes.

nWhat You'll Do

- Partner directly with customers to understand their goals and challenges.

- Analyze performance across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other marketing channels.
n
- Identify root causes behind underperforming campaigns and recommend solutions.
n
- Guide customers through implementation and adoption.
n
- Conduct regular strategy and performance reviews.
n
- Drive customer engagement, retention, and success.
n
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to improve customer outcomes.

nWhat We're Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in:
