We are looking for a Ground Coordinator to support day-to-day hub operations at Cochin Kalamassery Hub. The role involves coordinating ground-level manpower, shipment movement, and operational activities to ensure smooth and timely hub operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily hub operations, including inbound, outbound, sorting, scanning, bagging, and shipment movement.
- Monitor and coordinate ground-level manpower deployment as per operational requirements.
- Ensure timely loading and unloading of shipments and proper shipment handling.
- Track shipment movement and ensure timely processing and dispatch.
- Monitor attendance, shift deployment, absenteeism, and manpower availability.
- Coordinate with Delivery Executives, Team Leads, transporters, and other operational teams.
- Support resolution of shipment exceptions, shortages, damages, and operational issues.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and process guidelines.
- Monitor daily productivity and operational performance.
- Maintain operational records and prepare basic daily MIS reports.
- Support vendor/off-roll manpower coordination and ensure required manpower availability.




- Escalate operational issues to the Team Lead/Hub Manager and ensure timely closure.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the operational area.

Eligibility
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, courier, warehouse, e-commerce, or delivery operations preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills can also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone applications.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage ground-level manpower and handle operational pressure.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
