✈️ We’re Hiring | Chief Flight Ground Instructor

We are looking for an experienced aviation qualified to join us as a Chief Flight Ground Instructor and play a key role in shaping the learning experience of aspiring pilots while representing our brand.

Availability: 1–2 days per week.? Location: Delhi? Engagement: Part-time / 1–2 days per week

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver and lead ground training sessions for aspiring pilots.
- Guide and mentor students throughout their aviation training journey.
- Simplify complex aviation concepts and create an engaging learning environment.
- Support the team with aviation-related content, marketing initiatives and industry insights.
- Participate in videos, webinars, events and other promotional activities as the face of the brand.
- Represent the organisation at relevant industry and student-facing events.




- Contribute ideas to strengthen our pilot training and student engagement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- CPL holder with previous airline flying experience.
- 10–15 years of overall aviation experience.
- Strong knowledge of flight operations and pilot training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident and comfortable on camera.
- Passionate about teaching, mentoring and engaging with aspiring pilots.
- Professional, confident and presentable personality.
- Willing to contribute to both training and brand/marketing initiatives.
