Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, creative, and digitally savvy Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive with experience in the hotel, restaurant, hospitality, or F&B; industry.

The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, managing social media platforms, developing promotional creatives, and maintaining a consistent and premium brand image across digital and offline communication.

The ideal candidate should understand hospitality marketing, social media trends, food & hotel content, and visual storytelling, and should be able to independently take an idea from concept to final creative.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Content Creation

- Create creative and engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns, promotions, events, and internal communication.
- Design hotel and restaurant menus, menu cards, food & beverage promotional materials, room service menus, and other hospitality collaterals.
- Design posts, stories, reels cover, banners, brochures, invitations, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts suitable for hotels, restaurants, hospitality, and lifestyle audiences.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, fonts, layouts, imagery, and overall visual communication.
- Work with photographs and videos to create attractive hospitality-focused content.
- Coordinate photography and content requirements with hotel/restaurant teams whenever required.
- Edit images, short videos, reels, and other digital content.
- Create festive, promotional, seasonal, and event-based creatives.

Social Media Management

- Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create, schedule, publish, and monitor posts, stories, reels, and other content.




- Develop content ideas around rooms, food, guest experiences, property highlights, events, offers, and hospitality experiences.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and relevant hospitality content.
- Track engagement, reach, followers, and other key social media metrics.
- Respond to basic comments and messages professionally and coordinate with the relevant team when required.
- Suggest recent ideas to improve social media presence and engagement.

Marketing Support

- Support the Marketing team in campaigns, events, launches, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with hotel, restaurant, operations, and other internal teams to collect information and content.
- Work with external photographers, videographers, printers, agencies, and other vendors when required.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and online promotions.
- Maintain an organised library of brand assets, photographs, videos, creatives, and marketing materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Mass Media, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hotel, restaurant, F&B;, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and social media work.
- Experience in hotel/restaurant menu design is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other video-editing tools will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social media content formats.
- Basic knowledge of photography and video shooting/editing.
- Good understanding of current social media trends and digital content.
- Strong visual sense, creativity,



and attention to detail.
- Good written English and ability to create simple, engaging social media copy.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Smart, presentable, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with different teams.
