Position: Social Media Graphic Designer Location: Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Brand Manager About the Employer Our client is a fast-growing House of Brands building and scaling D2C, B2C, B2B, and omnichannel brands across multiple consumer categories and markets. The organization is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content across its growing portfolio of brands.

Role Overview The Social Media Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating social media creatives, campaign assets, digital advertisements, and brand communication across multiple platforms. The role will primarily focus on social media graphic design , while also supporting e-commerce requirements such as marketplace product listing images, banners, and promotional creatives .

Key Responsibilities Social Media Design Create engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms . Design posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, thumbnails, infographics, and promotional creatives. Develop creative variations for campaigns, products, offers, and different target audiences.

Adapt creatives to different platform formats and specifications. Social media graphic design experience will be considered a strong advantage. Brand & Campaign Creatives Develop visual assets for product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.

Translate creative briefs and marketing concepts into visually compelling designs. Maintain consistency with individual brand guidelines. Work across multiple brands and consumer categories. Marketplace & E-commerce Creatives Design e-commerce banners, promotional graphics, product infographics, and comparison visuals.

Adapt creatives according to marketplace specifications. Support D2C website creative requirements when required.

Performance Marketing Creatives

Create creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital advertising platforms .



Develop multiple creative concepts and variations for testing. Work with the Performance Marketing team to create visually compelling, conversion-focused assets. Reels & Motion Graphics Create graphics and visual assets for Reels, Stories, and short-form content. Develop basic motion graphics and animated creatives is a plus.

Creative Research

Stay updated with social media trends, design trends, advertising formats, and e-commerce creative trends . Research competitor social media and marketplace creatives. Identify relevant creative formats and visual approaches for different brands. Work closely with Brand, Social Media, Content, Performance Marketing, and E-commerce teams . Convert briefs into high-quality creative output. Manage multiple creative requirements and deadlines simultaneously. 3–5 years of experience as a Social Media Graphic Designer / Graphic Designer. ~ Strong experience in social media graphic design . ~ Experience with D2C, FMCG, e-commerce, healthcare, consumer, or lifestyle brands is preferred. ~ Marketplace listing image design experience is preferred. ~ Strong portfolio demonstrating social media and digital creative work. ~ Good understanding of branding, typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy. ~ Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Figma Social media creative design Marketplace listing image design Digital advertising creatives Basic motion graphics Short-form video editing Knowledge of AI-assisted design and creative tools is an advantage.
