Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Graphic Designer who can create visually appealing and engaging content for our clients as well as Inkling's own social media.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of social media design, current creative trends, branding, and visual communication, along with practical knowledge of print design and production.

You should be someone who can take a brief, come up with a creative idea, design it well, and also understand how that same design needs to be prepared when it goes for printing.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media Design

- Create visually engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, ad creatives, reel covers, and campaign creatives.
- Create creative content for both Inkling and our clients.
- Understand current social media trends and translate them into relevant creative concepts.
- Develop fresh and creative visual ideas based on client briefs.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats as required.
- Maintain consistency with each client's brand identity and guidelines.
- Work closely with the content, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and client servicing teams.

Print & Branding Design

- Create and modify artwork for various printing and branding requirements.
- Prepare print-ready files for:
- Brochures & Flyers
- Visiting Cards
- Posters
- Standees
- Backdrops
- Flex & Vinyl
- Danglers & Wobblers




- Tent Cards
- Hoardings
- Signage
- Event & Exhibition Branding
- Merchandise
- Other BTL and branding materials
- Understand the basic requirements of print production, including CMYK, RGB, bleed, margins, resolution, dimensions, and file formats.
- Make changes and corrections to existing artwork as required.
- Prepare final production-ready files for printers and vendors.
- Coordinate with the internal team and printing vendors when required.
- Ensure that artwork is technically correct before it goes into production.

Software ProficiencyRequired

- CorelDRAW – Proficiency required
- Adobe Illustrator – Proficiency required
- Adobe Photoshop – Proficiency required

Additional Advantage

AI Skills – Added Advantage Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools will be an added advantage, particularly:

- AI image generation
- AI video generation
- AI-assisted creative ideation
- AI image enhancement/editing
- Generative fill and background generation
- AI-assisted design workflows

Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Canva AI, or similar tools will be a plus. AI knowledge is not mandatory, but candidates who can effectively use AI to improve their creative output and efficiency will have an advantage.

- Ability to make quick design modifications based on feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Willingness to learn new tools, trends, and technologies.

Qualification & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and strong practical skills may also be considered.

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is creative first, understands what works on social media, and is not afraid to experiment with new ideas and trends.

At the same time, you should understand the practical side of design — how a design is created, modified, and prepared for actual printing and production.
