Position Summary

SISCO Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated engineering graduates to join as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET). Selected candidates will undergo structured training and be assigned to a suitable department based on their engineering discipline, aptitude, interests, interview performance, and organisational requirements.

Candidates will work in one primary functional area such as Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Projects, Welding, Contracts.

Possible Department Assignments :-

- Production
- Maintenance
- Quality Assurance
- Quality Control
- Contracts / Project Coordination
- Welding

Key Responsibilities :-

- Learn departmental engineering processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Assist senior engineers in day-to-day technical activities.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Support preparation and maintenance of reports, records, BOMs, and departmental documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments under senior team guidance.




- Participate in technical training, reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
- Follow company requirements related to quality, safety, and workplace discipline.
- Complete assigned learning objectives and demonstrate progress during the training period.

Desired Skills:-

- Sound understanding of basic Mechanical concepts.
- Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn manufacturing and engineering processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and office applications.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate technical records and documentation.
- Interest in working in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, ERP, manufacturing processes, quality systems, or maintenance practices will be an advantage but is not mandatory. Eligibility Criteria :-

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics only.
- Graduated in 2025 or graduating in 2026.
- Minimum 7.8 CGPA in the qualifying degree.
- Interested in building a career in engineering, manufacturing, and industrial projects.
- Willing to work at the company's designated location and undergo departmental training.
