About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Global Support Associate to join our support operations team. This role is primarily centered on customer support and request management, ensuring smooth coordination between students, professors, and internal teams through efficient ticket handling and CRM management.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, computer literate, and comfortable working with support tools and administrative platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for customer support requests, managing and resolving tickets using HubSpot.
- Handle and respond to student and professor queries via tickets, emails, and website administration platforms.
- Track, prioritize, and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs; escalate issues when required.
- Perform CRM data hygiene activities, including removing duplicate companies, contacts, and correcting data inconsistencies.
- Support operational tasks such as validating records, access codes, or system entries as per defined processes.




- Assist with general troubleshooting and first-level issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery service.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 4 to 5 years in Customer Support, Global Support, Helpdesk, or Operations Support roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Technical Comfort: Computer proficiency with the ability to perform troubleshooting and navigate CRM/support tools.
- Tool Exposure: Experience with HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar ticketing/CRM platforms is preferred.
- International experience is a must
- Attention to Detail: Robust focus on accuracy, data quality, and process adherence.

- This role does not require an IT professional background.
- Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
- The person should have experience working independently and should have excellent analytical skills.
