Role &

Key Responsibilities

- Project Scope &
- Planning:

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, and detailed work breakdown structures (WBS).

- Execution &

- Tracking:

Lead project execution, track milestones, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, technical dependencies, and bottlenecks early; develop proactive mitigation strategies.

- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, communicating status updates, progress, and change requests clearly.

- Resource &

- Budget Allocation:

Manage project budgets, track resource utilization, and negotiate scope changes with business partners.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure all technical solutions align with compliance, security standards,



and organizational IT governance frameworks.

Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Certifications (Preferred): PMP (Project Management Skilled), CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), or PRINCE2.

- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project, or Trello.

- Methodologies: Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall frameworks.

- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills. responsibilities
