Key Requirements:

- 15 years of leadership experience in Stationery / Paper Products / Printing / Writing Instruments / allied manufacturing
- Proven GM / Business Head / COO experience with P&L; ownership
- Strong understanding of Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing & Commercial functions
- Proven track record in business growth and team leadership
- Polished, soft-spoken, commercially astute and professionally mature
- Reliable career track record; East Africa/international exposure is an added advantage
- Willingness to relocate to Uganda
