/n Purpose of the Role /n /n This is a high-impact role responsible for significantly increasing the volume and visual quality of content across four accounts in two languages over a 12-month period. /n The role will use AI to create content that cannot always be shot traditionally — including historical recreations, mythological sequences, generative b-roll and restored archival material. /n You will be the volume multiplier and visual differentiator for the team, while also carrying a high level of editorial and ethical responsibility. This role requires strong creative judgement, production skills and responsible use of AI — not just tool proficiency. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Produce AI-assisted and AI-generated video content, including generative b-roll, historical and mythological recreations, image-to-video sequences, and restoration/upscaling of archival devotional and historical material.

/n

- Build repeatable AI-generation pipelines that deliver consistency across content — including characters, visual style, colour grade and overall look — so the output works as a system rather than a series of one-off prompts.

/n

- Scale the team's content output without compromising quality. All AI-generated content must meet the same production and export standards as traditionally filmed content.

/n

- Handle AI voice and audio production wherever appropriate, ensuring the pronunciation of every Sanskrit term is verified by a qualified person before publication.

/n

- Own AI disclosure and ethical publishing practices.



AI-generated deity imagery must never be presented as traditional or authentic. AI usage must be clearly disclosed wherever applicable.

/n

- Stay updated on evolving AI tools and technologies, evaluating new platforms and workflows and introducing tools that genuinely improve the production pipeline rather than simply following trends.

/n

- Collaborate closely with the Video Editor to ensure AI-generated and traditionally filmed footage work together seamlessly within one consistent visual language.

/n /n /n What We Need /n /n

- 2+ years of hands-on production experience using generative video and image tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion or their successors.

/n

- A portfolio of finished and published work demonstrating practical application of generative AI — not just experiments or test generations.

/n

- Strong video editing skills, with professional-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

/n

- Demonstrated ability to maintain visual consistency across a series, including character consistency, style consistency and grade consistency.

/n

- Strong judgement around religious, cultural and editorial sensitivity,



with the ability to recognise when something requires escalation before publication.

/n

- Clear understanding of content rights and usage restrictions, including:

- No scraped footage

/n

- No unauthorised use of other creators' material

/n

- No unlicensed music

/n

- No use of a real person's likeness without appropriate rights

- Experience creating mythological, historical or documentary-style recreations.

/n

- Hands-on experience with ComfyUI workflows, LoRA training or custom model fine-tuning.

/n

- Background in 3D, compositing or visual effects.

/n

- Prior experience working at a media house or professional publishing workplace, where editorial, legal and ethical standards for publishable content are significantly higher than those of personal/social media channels.
