Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Gen AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and cloud-based AI solutions.

Role & responsibilities

- Design and develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Develop AI-powered chatbots, copilots, document intelligence, and automation solutions.
- Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation techniques.
- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Work with vector databases and embedding models for semantic search.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI applications.

Required Skills





- Strong experience with Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or open-source LLMs.
- Understanding of Machine Learning and NLP concepts.
- Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization.

Valuable to Have

- Fine-tuning and model optimization experience.
- Knowledge of AI agents and multi-agent systems.
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AI governance frameworks.

Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
