Key Responsibilities

- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support and consulting for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to prospective and existing clients via Google Meet, email, and phone calls.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of all case-related records in line with company policies.
- Take full ownership of assigned cases, delivering end-to-end solutions and support to clients in accordance with agreed SLAs.
- Escalate issues to the Reporting Head when necessary, following the defined SLA procedures.
- Carry out all tasks assigned by the Reporting Head while adhering to company guidelines and standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience working with GCP services and strong knowledge of GCP pricing models, including services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and committed use discounts.
- Experience in a customer-facing role (pre-sales, post-sales, solutions consultant, technical account manager, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially in pricing scenarios.
- Proficiency in using Google Cloud Pricing Calculator,



Google Cloud Billing, and Cloud Cost Management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Google Cloud certification, preferably Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect.
- Experience working with sales teams or in a client-facing consulting environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement and cloud migration processes.
- Knowledge of common cloud usage patterns across industries.
- Demonstrated experience with Google Cloud services and pricing models is highly desirable.

Working Days: Monday- Saturday Shift Timing: 10:00AM- 07:00PM (Monday- Friday), 10:00AM-03:00PM (Saturdays)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
