Responsibilities* • Own and resolve GCP billing and cost investigation cases end-to-end • Analyze invoices, usage reports, credits, adjustments, and billing exports • Explain GCP pricing models including usage-based pricing, SUDs, CUDs, and regional pricing • Correlate technical resource usage to billing and financial impact • Use billing dashboards, cost management tools, and BigQuery billing exports (SQL) • Ensure accurate documentation and audit-ready billing analysis • Collaborate with technical, finance, and account teams for issue resolution • Meet defined SLOs and quality benchmarks while handling customer communications
