About the Role

We are looking for a Fund Request Manager to manage and coordinate fund requests across SoulPay’s merchant, distributor, and partner network. The role will ensure timely processing, accurate validation, transaction monitoring, reconciliation, and coordination with internal teams and banking/payment partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and process fund requests received from merchants, distributors, and business partners.

- Validate requests, transaction details, account information, limits, and required approvals.

- Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Operations, and Technical teams for timely fund processing.

- Coordinate with banking and payment partners for settlements, fund transfers, and transaction-related issues.

- Monitor pending, successful, failed, and rejected transactions and ensure timely resolution.





- Perform daily reconciliation of fund requests, settlements, and transaction reports.

- Maintain accurate transaction records and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.

- Monitor transaction limits, balances, and fund availability to support smooth operations.

- Identify and escalate discrepancies, duplicate, or unusual transactions as per company guidelines.

- Ensure adherence to SoulPay SOPs, internal controls, and applicable compliance requirements.

- Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, turnaround time, and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
