Role Description

We are looking for a serious, highly motivated intern who is hungry to learn, build and grow in a startup environment .

This is not intended as a casual internship or simply a certificate-building exercise. You will work alongside the Anodiam team on real Australian projects and gain hands-on exposure to how technology products are designed, developed, deployed and evolved.

We value attitude, curiosity, commitment and entrepreneurial thinking more than existing qualifications .

We are particularly interested in people who want to understand how something can be built from zero into a responsible technology business — and who want to grow with that journey.

The internship requires a 40-hour-per-week commitment . Working hours are flexible and the role is remote; however,



you must be available to attend required team/client/project meetings scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM India time. Attendance at required meetings is mandatory.

Technologies & Areas You Can Work With

Depending on project requirements, you may gain hands-on exposure to:

- AI & Generative AI: LLMs, conversational/voice AI, RAG, AI agents, NLP, ML and intelligent automation
- Full-Stack Engineering: React, React Native, Python, APIs, databases, mobile and web applications
- Real-Time Systems: WebRTC, streaming voice and conversational AI architectures
- Cloud & DevSecOps: Google Cloud, cloud infrastructure, Docker, Terraform/IaC, CI/CD and security
- Software Delivery: Git/GitHub, Agile/Scrum, testing, QA, requirements and production engineering

Qualifications No specific degree or formal qualification is required.
