The ideal candidate is expected to have -
A go getter who is ready to go all extra miles to meet multiple Recent Prospective advisor and create a strong channel base.
Min 2 yers of agency sales experience in Life , Health or General Insurance.
Min Graduation, MBA will be preferred.

- Prospecting & Creation of stong agents base.Agents Licensing at the level of 5 to 6 per month for first 6 months.
- Agents Training on Product & Process.
- Agents Activations as per defined Objectives
- Achievements of Gwp as per defined Objectives
