HODU AGRI MACHINES is looking for a Front Desk & Sales Executive to manage customer interactions and support day-to-day sales activities at our Moga office.

The selected candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, handling phone calls and inquiries, understanding customer requirements, explaining products and services, and maintaining regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers.

The role also involves supporting the sales team, maintaining customer and sales records, preparing basic reports, and assisting with routine office activities.

The ideal candidate should be confident, polite, customer-friendly and well-organized, with good communication skills and a willingness to learn about agricultural machinery and related products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them with their requirements.
- Handle daily customer calls, messages and product inquiries.
- Provide clear information about agricultural machinery, products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.




- Prepare quotations and share relevant product details with customers.
- Regularly follow up with customers and potential leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customers, inquiries and sales follow-ups.
- Assist the sales team in handling leads and converting inquiries into sales.
- Coordinate with customers and internal team members for smooth order processing.
- Keep track of pending inquiries, quotations and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare basic sales reports and office documents when required.
- Perform day-to-day computer work using MS Word and MS Excel.
- Maintain a qualified and well-organized front desk and office environment.
- Assist with routine office and customer-service tasks as required.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales and customer-service goals.
