Freelance Video Content Creator

Teen Theory Global Education is looking for a freelance content creator who can combine three things exceptionally well: storytelling, content creation, and shooting.

Most importantly, you should be comfortable being on camera. You will become one of the faces through which Teen Theory tells its stories.

What You’ll Do

- Research and understand the idea behind each piece of content.
- Develop strong hooks, scripts, and storytelling structures for short-form videos and Instagram Reels.
- Appear confidently on camera and communicate ideas naturally rather than simply reading scripts.
- Independently shoot polished video content with strong framing, lighting, audio, and overall visual quality.
- Turn student journeys, educational insights, research, career exploration, college admissions, and other Teen Theory stories into engaging short-form content.
- Work closely with our team to refine concepts based on feedback and reference content.
- Coordinate with editors where required while ensuring that the original storytelling and creative intent remain intact.

What We’re Looking For

You should have approximately 1–2 years of relevant experience in content creation, storytelling, media, communications, video, or a related creative field.

More importantly, you should:

- Be confident and engaging on camera.
- Understand how to create strong hooks and narratives for Reels.
- Have a strong sense of contemporary Instagram and short-form content.
- Be able to write and refine scripts.
- Have good visual judgement and attention to framing, lighting, audio, and presentation.
- Have access to a suitable setup or infrastructure to independently shoot high-quality content.
- Be comfortable incorporating feedback and executing quickly.
- Use AI intelligently for research, ideation,



and script refinement without allowing generic AI output to replace original thinking.

About Teen Theory

Teen Theory Global Education works one-on-one with ambitious students across Grades 8–12 to build serious academic, research, entrepreneurial, and social-impact profiles for undergraduate admissions globally.

14-year-olds conduct research alongside PhD researchers. 15-year-olds build ventures that secure funding from Shark Tank India judges. Students we have worked with have gone on to universities including Harvard, Princeton, Dartmouth, UPenn, UC Berkeley, Imperial, LSE, UCL, NUS, and more.

The outcome is engaging. The story behind how the student got there is often more interesting.

That is the story we want you to tell.

Engagement & Compensation

This is a freelance, per-content engagement.

Compensation: ₹1,500–₹2,500 per reel, depending on the nature and complexity of the content.

Expected volume: approximately 10 reels per month.

Approximate monthly compensation: ₹15,000–₹25,000.
