Job Responsibilities:
- Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS codes.
- Handle FQHC coding as per applicable coding and billing guidelines.
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with payer requirements.
- Identify documentation and coding errors.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.
- Stay updated with coding guidelines and changes.
Requirements:
- Positive knowledge of FQHC Coding.
- Knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS.
- Understanding of US Healthcare RCM.
- Good knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- CPC/CCS certification is an added advantage.
