10XBulls is an upcoming digital media brand focused on US Finance, Business, Technology and Energy .

We are building a lean, AI-assisted media business house where technology handles as much of the daily operation as possible — while maintaining original content, reliable sourcing and real editorial value .

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Founding Operator who can take ownership of the project from initial setup through growth and monetisation.

This is not just a WordPress developer role .

You will help build and operate the business.

Your responsibilities

- Set up and manage the WordPress news website
- Build AI-assisted research and content workflows
- Identify important stories from reliable sources
- Create original articles, explainers and analysis
- Implement SEO and Google Search Console/Analytics
- Manage publishing and content distribution
- Build social media distribution workflows
- Automate repetitive tasks using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier or similar
- Monitor website performance and traffic
- Develop monetisation through advertising, affiliate/lead generation, sponsorships and partnerships
- Identify growth opportunities
- Troubleshoot basic website and automation issues
- Provide the founder with a simple weekly performance report

Initial commitment: Approximately 10–15 hours/week, with flexibility to increase as the business grows. Long-term opportunity: Potential transition to a full-time role and physical office as 10xBulls expands.

Who we're looking for

You don't need to be an expert in everything,



but you should have strong practical experience in several of these areas:

WordPress | AI Automation | n8n/Make/Zapier | SEO | Content Operations | Digital Media | Analytics | Social Media | Growth | Monetisation

Experience with news, finance, business, technology or media websites is a major advantage.

Founder involvement The founder will provide approximately:

1 hour during initial setup + 30 minutes per week afterwards.

The Founding Operator will handle the day-to-day execution and provide a concise weekly report covering:

Traffic • Google performance • Content • Subscribers • Revenue • Expenses • Problems • Next steps

Compensation

This is an early-stage project with a limited initial cash budget .

We are open to a performance-based compensation / revenue-share structure for the right person.

The exact structure will be mutually agreed and documented, including:

- Revenue-share percentage
- Duration
- Definition of revenue
- Maximum payout/cap
- Responsibilities and milestones
