We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to help build Yojiq, an AI-powered outbound platform.
The MVP is already built, tested with real clients, and working. I’ve spent 5+ years in outbound and lead generation, and I’m building Yojiq around problems I’ve personally faced while running campaigns for clients.
I’m looking for someone who can take ownership of the technical side, improve the existing product, ship rapid, solve messy product problems, and help shape the product from an early stage.
You’ll work closely with me on things like AI workflows, campaign automation, prospect management, messaging, integrations, product architecture, and making the platform reliable enough for more customers.
This is not a traditional salaried role right now. I cannot offer a salary at this stage,
but I can offer meaningful equity to the right person.
You might be a good fit if you:
- Are a strong full-stack engineer
- Enjoy building products from 0 to 1
- Are comfortable working with AI/LLM APIs and automation
- Can work independently and make technical decisions
- Prefer ownership over just completing assigned tickets
- Are interested in startups, sales tech, or outbound
