Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 1 years in restaurant kitchen operations, food quality control or multi-outlet F&B; supervision

- Working knowledge of FSSAI requirements, HACCP principles, cold chain and FIFO

- Must be able to taste, assess and correct a dish — this is not a paperwork role

- Own vehicle and valid licence. Must travel between all four outlets weekly

- Fluent Malayalam and English. Hindi an advantage

- Comfortable using WhatsApp, smartphone camera, and simple digital checklists

- Must be willing to reject supplier stock and report issues honestly, without exception

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
