We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Floor Plan Rendering Artist to join our architectural visualization design team.

Position: Floor Plan Rendering Artist

Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai

Experience: 2 Years

*Key Responsibilities

- Convert architectural CAD floor plans into high-quality 2D colored floor plan renderings
- Create realistic and attractive furniture layouts, landscaping, flooring, textures, and material finishes
- Prepare presentation-quality plans for real-estate marketing and sales
- Maintain accurate dimensions, proportions, walls, doors, windows, and architectural layouts
- Create different styles of floor plans including residential, villas, apartments, commercial and site plans




- Work closely with architects and designers to understand drawings and design requirements

*Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of AutoCAD / Photoshop / Illustrator/Corel Draw
- Experience with 2D floor plan rendering and architectural visualization
- Good understanding of architecture, materials, furniture, landscaping and spatial planning
- Excellent sense of color, composition, lighting and presentation
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
