Hostel Warden Cum Floor Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily hostel operations and maintain discipline.

- Maintain room allocation, attendance, and resident records.

- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and maintenance.

- Handle floor reception and assist patients, visitors, and staff.

- Attend phone calls and general enquiries professionally.

- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, HR, and administration.

- Report complaints, incidents, and maintenance issues to management.

- Maintain necessary registers and daily reports.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Minimum Degree/Diploma qualification.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Responsible, punctual, and well-organized.

- Previous experience in hostel management/reception will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
