Role Overview

We are looking for a professional, presentable and well-groomed Floor Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day coordination and operations on the assigned hospital floor while maintaining a high standard of patient service.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily activities and workflow on the assigned hospital floor.
- Act as a coordination point between patients, attendants, doctors, nursing staff and other hospital departments.
- Assist patients and attendants with their queries and guide them regarding hospital services.
- Coordinate with Nursing, Billing, Housekeeping, Security, Diagnostics and other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor patient-related service issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular floor rounds and identify operational or service-related concerns.
- Ensure proper communication and coordination between different teams.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and overall floor readiness in coordination with Housekeeping.
- Handle and escalate patient complaints or operational issues to the concerned authority.
- Maintain proper records and reports related to floor operations.




- Support the hospital team in maintaining a positive patient experience.

- Ability to communicate effectively with doctors, nursing staff and other hospital departments.

- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive, polite and patient-friendly approach.

Mandatory Requirement Prior experience in a Hospital / Healthcare environment is mandatory.

Candidates with experience in Floor Coordination, Patient Care, Hospital Operations, Front Office or Guest Relations will be preferred.

Good Grooming + Good Communication + Presentable Personality are mandatory.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.
