Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular fire safety inspections of buildings, equipment, electrical systems, storage areas, and emergency exits.

- Identify fire hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

- Ensure fire extinguishers, hydrants, fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency lighting, and other fire protection systems are operational.

- Develop and implement fire safety procedures and emergency response plans.

- Conduct fire evacuation and emergency drills for employees and occupants.

- Train employees in fire prevention, extinguisher use, evacuation procedures, and emergency response.

- Maintain records of inspections, drills, training, incidents, and fire safety equipment.

- Coordinate with local fire departments, emergency services, contractors, and relevant authorities when required.





- Investigate fire incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and prepare reports.

- Monitor compliance with applicable fire safety laws, standards, permits, and company policies.

- Ensure emergency exits, escape routes, fire doors, and assembly points remain accessible and clearly marked.

- Participate in risk assessments and advise management on fire prevention and safety improvements.

- Support emergency response and evacuation activities during fire or other incidents.
