Key Responsibilities:

- Batch &
- Inventory Management:

Maintain strict batch-wise, serialised, and expiry-date tracking of all finished pharmaceutical formulations (tablets, syrups, injections) using ERP systems.

- FEFO/FIFO Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to First Expire, First Out (FEFO) and First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory methods to prevent product obsolescence or expiration.

- Dispatch &

- Cold Chain Operations:

Coordinate safe dispatches, ensuring temperature-sensitive products maintain required cold-chain or ambient monitoring conditions during loading and transit.

- Pharma Documentation: Generate and verify statutory and regulatory documents, including tax invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, Certificate of Analysis (CoA) distribution records, and batch dispatch registers.

- Stock Audits &

- Reconciliation:

Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits, reconciling any variances immediately in coordination with Quality Assurance (QA).

- Audit Readiness: Maintain clean, organized, and inspection-ready warehouse zones adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GDP standards.

- Cross-functional Alignment: Coordinate closely with Production, Quality Control/QA, Regulatory Affairs,



and Transport vendors to ensure on-time delivery to distributors and C&F; agents.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Bachelors degree in Science (B.Sc), Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Commerce (B.Com), or Supply Chain Management.

- Experience: 3 to 8 years of working experience in finished goods inventory or warehouse logistics within a pharmaceutical or life sciences company.

- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP module or Oracle) and robust MS Excel skills.

- Core Competencies: Deep understanding of pharma warehouse regulatory compliance, temperature logs, batch traceability, and meticulous attention to detail.
