Financial Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and providing meaningful insights to help management make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze financial data, business performance, revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management MIS.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
- Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and identify key variances.
- Prepare financial models, business analysis, and management dashboards.
- Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
- Maintain accurate financial data and ensure timely reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect, validate, and analyze financial information.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
- Ensure financial reports and analysis are accurate,



reliable, and delivered within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A;, MIS, or a related finance role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
- Good understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical ability.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SAP/ERP, or financial modelling will be an added advantage.
