Accounts Manager –

Reporting : Managing Director's

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate GST compliance, including GST returns, reconciliations, input tax credit verification, and handling GST-related queries.
- Maintain proper books of accounts and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Manage TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and outstanding balances.
- Review invoices, vouchers, expense claims, and accounting entries for accuracy.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team and ensure smooth accounting operations.




- Identify accounting discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably with experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Good knowledge of GST, GST returns, input tax credit, GST reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of TDS and income tax compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP accounting software and MS Excel.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple accounting activities effectively.

Preferred
- Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of e-invoicing and e-way bills.
- Experience with Tally Prime accounting systems.
- B.com / M.com qualification or relevant professional certification will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
