Qualifications

- CA, CPA, or an internationally recognized equivalent qualification is mandatory.

- 5-10 years of commercial or industry accounting experience, ideally within multi-site healthcare, multi-location retail, or digital manufacturing.

- Demonstrated hands-on experience working with Australian businesses.

- In-depth knowledge of Australian financial systems, accounting standards, and compliance requirements, including BAS, PAYG, payroll tax, and superannuation.

- Expert-level proficiency in Xero and Hubdoc.

- Robust familiarity with dental practice management software, such as Dental4Windows (D4W) or CareStack, or with multi-entity ERP systems is highly advantageous.

- Strong aptitude for financial technology, software administration, process improvement, and workflow automation.

- Proactive approach to identifying and eliminating manual data-entry processes through automation.

- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with the ability to build and implement solutions rather than solely review completed work.

Responsibilities

- Lead the administration and optimization of the company's financial technology ecosystem, including Xero, Hubdoc, Dental4Windows, and CareStack.

- Eliminate unnecessary manual data entry by developing automated bank rules, mapped workflows,



and invoice publishing protocols.

- Work directly with proprietary internal software platforms, particularly the Jeeve CFO module.

- Develop, stress-test, and validate financial forecasts and commercial models across the group.

- Prepare and manage consolidated financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, across multiple clinical entities and a digital manufacturing laboratory.

- Reconcile and manage complex intercompany accounts, transactions, and cash flows.

- Execute complex monthly provider payment runs accurately and on schedule.

- Audit practice management reports against internal financial platforms to calculate provider commissions.

- Deduct laboratory costs, merchant fees, facility fees, and other applicable charges accurately from provider commissions.

- Prepare accurate monthly manual journals, BAS workpapers, and year-end financial files.

- Serve as the primary technical finance contact for external advisory and accounting firms.

- Oversee payroll tax aggregation, reporting, and compliance across the group.
