Job Title: Finance Head

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA)

The Head of Finance is responsible for directing and overseeing all financial functions of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The role ensures the financial stability, growth, and sustainability of the organization

Key responsibilities

· Develop and Implement financial strategies to support organizational goals.

· Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis

· Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.

· Lead & coordinate audits (Internal & External)

· Ensure statutory compliance with tax laws, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies.

· Oversee risk management strategies, insurance, and internal controls.





· Implement and improve financial systems, processes and automation tools.

· Manage Banking and Vendor relationships.

· Supervise the finance team and support their professional development.

Requirements

- Qualified CA mandatory
- Hospital/Healthcare finance experience preferred
- Strong Finance & Accounts knowledge
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting & MIS
- Knowledge of taxation & statutory compliance
- Experience in internal & external audits
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- 5+ yrs of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per month
