We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Gate Motors and Home & Hotel Automation Systems at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission automatic gate motors and access automation systems.

- Install and configure home and hotel automation systems.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and automation-related issues.

- Carry out repair, servicing, maintenance, and replacement of faulty components.

- Test systems after installation and ensure proper working.

- Visit customer sites for service calls and breakdown complaints.

- Explain basic system operation and usage to customers.

- Prepare service reports after installation and service visits.

- Coordinate with the office/technical team for technical support and spare parts.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma / BE in Electrical,



Electronics, or related field.

- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, electronics, motors, sensors, and control panels.

- Ability to read basic electrical wiring diagrams.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel to customer sites.

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can also apply.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Gate Automation / Automatic Doors / Home Automation / Hotel Automation will be an advantage.

- Knowledge of sensors, remotes, access control, CCTV, networking, or smart automation is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
