Field Service Representative - Water Treatment

Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Service Representative - Water to provide technical service and support for industrial water treatment systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cooling towers, boilers, wastewater treatment, RO systems, and chemical feed equipment. This role involves customer interaction, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and ensuring optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical service and support for cooling towers, boilers, wastewater treatment systems, RO cleaning, and water disinfection activities.
- Conduct water chemistry testing, analyze results, and maintain service reports.
- Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain chemical feed and monitoring equipment.
- Conduct Conveyor Lubrications.
- Perform cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection services.




- Support customers by identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Build solid customer relationships and provide best practice recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain inventory of products and chemicals at customer sites.

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of experience in water treatment, industrial services, mechanical maintenance, or related industries.
- Extensive travelling is mandatory
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with boilers, cooling towers, wastewater treatment, and specialty chemicals preferred.
- Ability to work independently at customer locations.
- Valid driving license.
