WE’RE HIRING – FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

About the Role

We are looking for a Field Sales / Business Development Executive who is comfortable with field work, client meetings, and regular site visits. The candidate should have good knowledge of the market and be willing to travel for business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, references, networking, and market research.
- Visit construction sites, residential projects, architects, builders, and clients regularly.
- Meet clients and understand their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, and contractors.
- Generate business opportunities and follow up with leads until conversion.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify current business opportunities.
- Maintain daily visit and lead records.




- Coordinate with the internal sales, design, and project teams.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Requirements
- Own bike/two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Must be willing to travel and regularly visit construction sites and project locations.
- Valuable knowledge of field sales and business development.
- Good understanding of the local market and customer handling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in interior, construction, building materials, tiles, bathware, modular kitchen, or related industries will be preferred.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field-based work.
