About the Role

NA Skyline Private Limited is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, arranging property visits, and converting leads into successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, references, networking, online enquiries, and local market activities.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements, budget, and preferred location.
- Promote and explain available residential and commercial properties.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into bookings/deals.
- Coordinate with property owners, clients, and internal sales teams.
- Negotiate and assist in closing rental/property transactions.
- Maintain daily records of leads, calls, meetings, site visits, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated about property availability, pricing, locations, and market trends.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.




- Maintain professional behaviour and represent NA Skyline Private Limited positively in the market.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills are welcome.
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with outdoor/field work and travelling within Noida/Greater Noida.
- Target-oriented, confident, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and smartphones.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence is required.
