About the Role..

We are looking for energetic, target driven Merchant Onboarding Executives, Retail Acquisition Specialists to expand the merchant network for Gardmei..

Gardmei is a device ownership and security platform designed to eliminate fraud in the electronics and second-hand smartphone market by verifying IMEIs, managing digital proof of ownership, and securing device transfers..

As a Sales Executive, your primary mission will be onboarding mobile phone retailers, repair centers, and second-hand gadget shops onto the Gardmei retail platform..

Key Responsibilities: -

Conduct daily field visits to mobile retail shops, pre owned electronics dealers, and smartphone service centers across assigned territories..

Pitch the Gardmei platform to shop owners, demonstrating how it prevents stolen inventory handling and digitizes device ownership records..

Onboard new merchants, assist with app installation, and guide staff through verification and transfer workflows.

Achieve weekly and monthly merchant acquisition and active transaction targets.

Build and maintain long-term working relationships with store managers and retailers to ensure ongoing app usage.





Collect merchant feedback and market insights to report back to the management team..

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: - Fresh graduates, 6 months to 3 years of field sales, B2B merchant onboarding, or direct sales experience..(experience in telecom, mobile accessories, FMCG, or retail tech like QR/POS onboarding is an added advantage)..

Education: - Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline..

Skills: - Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, fluent in Malayalam and basic English..

Assets: - A valid two wheeler and driving license are required for local travel..

Mindset: Self-motivated, target oriented, and comfortable working primarily in the field..
