Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using online channels, professional networks like LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.

Job Posting: Write, update, and advertise job openings on our company careers page, social media platforms, and external job portals. Screening & Interviewing: Review incoming resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department managers to define specific hiring requirements and align on candidate expectations.

Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring panels, ensuring a smooth and clear candidate experience.





Offer Management: Handle the job offer process, including salary discussions, negotiation, and coordinating onboarding paperwork.

Data Management: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date and monitor key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and source-of-hire. ? Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or a similar human resources role.

Tools: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.

Sourcing Techniques: Strong knowledge of proactive sourcing techniques (e.g., boolean search strings, social media recruiting).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build quick rapport with candidates and team leads.

Soft Skills: Great time management, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
