Field Recruiter – Vendor RoleDelhivery – Kalamassery Hub, CochinJob Summary

We are looking for a Field Recruiter to support manpower hiring and deployment for Delhivery operations at the Kalamassery Hub. The role will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting field-level recruitment activities, and ensuring timely manpower deployment as per operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates for Ground Staff, Delivery Executives, Warehouse Staff, and other operational roles.
- Conduct field recruitment activities, walk-in drives, and local hiring campaigns.
- Identify and connect with candidates through job portals, references, local networks, and community sources.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with the operations/HR team.
- Ensure candidates complete the required joining and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and share hiring updates.
- Achieve daily/weekly hiring and joining targets.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for immediate and future manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and operational teams for manpower deployment.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining and reduce no-show cases.




- Support local recruitment initiatives around Kalamassery, Aluva, Ernakulam, and nearby locations.
- Escalate recruitment challenges and manpower shortages to the concerned HR/Operations team.

Eligibility
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in field recruitment, bulk hiring, logistics hiring, or manpower recruitment preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and field-level networking skills can also be considered.
- Positive knowledge of local areas and candidate sourcing channels.
- Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Excel.
