Job Overview

We are looking for a MIS Executive – Field Operations to support data management, reporting and operational activities across multiple Fortis Hospital locations in Bangalore.

The candidate will be required to travel to different Fortis Hospital locations as per business requirements. This is a field-based role , and the candidate will not have a fixed seating or single work location.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit different Fortis Hospital locations across Bangalore as required.
- Collect, verify and maintain operational data.
- Prepare and update MIS reports using MS Excel .
- Handle documentation and reporting using MS Word .
- Coordinate with hospital teams during field visits.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports.
- Maintain proper records of field activities and data.
- Support day-to-day operational and MIS requirements.
- Coordinate with the reporting manager regarding field activities and updates.





Required Skills
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word .
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and qualified personality.
- Ability to work independently during field visits.
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore.
- Own bike is mandatory.
- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn can apply.

Important Requirement The candidate must have their own bike and be comfortable travelling to different Fortis Hospital locations across Bangalore. There will be no fixed seating location . The candidate may be assigned to different Fortis Hospital locations depending on operational requirements.

Ideal Candidate A fresher or early-career candidate who is comfortable with Excel, field visits, coordination and communication , and wants to build a career in MIS and healthcare operations .

Budget - Upto 24k CTC

Travel Allowance - 2800.
