FIELD FINANCE EXECUTIVE Company: Sadbhav Renewable Limited Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Department: Finance Job Type: Full time Role: Field Finance Executive Job SummaryWe are looking for a Field Finance Executive who will be responsible for handling finance-related activities at the field level, supporting documentation, data collection, verification, and coordination with customers/beneficiaries and internal teams. The candidate should be comfortable with field visits, basic finance-related work, documentation, laptop/computer usage, and MS Excel . Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular field visits for finance-related activities.

Collect and verify required documents such as PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Voter ID and other relevant documents . Assist in customer/beneficiary KYC and document verification . Maintain and update field-related financial records and data.

Enter and manage data using MS Excel and company systems/ERP . Coordinate with the Finance, HR and Field teams for required documentation and information. Follow up on pending documents, payments, collections, and other finance-related requirements.

Prepare basic daily/weekly field reports and submit them to the reporting manager.



Ensure accuracy of financial and customer-related information collected from the field. Maintain proper records of all field activities and documents.

Perform other finance and field-related duties assigned by the management. Eligibility &

Qualifications Graduate in any discipline; preferably B.Com / BBA / Finance-related qualification. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer/laptop operations . Basic understanding of PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Voter ID and KYC documents . Good communication skills in the local language . Comfortable with field visits and travelling . Basic understanding of finance and documentation. Freshers can also apply if they have good communication and basic computer knowledge.
