- Generate current leads through calls, references, networking, digital platforms, and market visits.

- Understand clients requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial properties.

- Manage leads throughout the sales cycle, from initial enquiry to site visits and closure.

- Conduct property presentations and arrange/coordinate site visits with clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, developers, and channel partners.

- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and convert leads into successful transactions.

- Stay updated on property inventory, pricing, market trends, and upcoming projects.

- Negotiate and coordinate between buyers, sellers, landlords, developers, and other stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and closures.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.





- Ensure a professional and positive client experience throughout the transaction process.
