In this role, you're launching the India business, serving as a hands-on engineering leader, leading technical sales engagements, contributing to development efforts, and establishing high technical standards.

- Participate in early-stage customer discussions and solution design.
- Present product demonstrations and guide architecture, integration, and security conversations with stakeholders.
- Manage customer implementation programmes from discovery and scoping through deployment and optimisation.
- Build and scale a high-performing team across engineering, integrations, and pre-sales functions.
- Oversee AI agent deployments and ensure production-grade performance, reliability, and accuracy.
- Act as the primary regional technical representative, managing escalations and strengthening strategic customer relationships.

The Successful Applicant





We're looking for someone who has:

- Entrepreneurial background, including founding or co-founding a startup, with the resilience and adaptability required to build in zero-to-one environments.
- Experience as a CTO or equivalent senior technical leader, with a strong record of shipping scalable, production-grade technology solutions.
- Good to have: Some experience participating in pre-sales cycles, solution design, technical consulting, or complex enterprise implementations.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience building, mentoring, and scaling technical teams.
