Job Summary

SLBS Marklance is looking for a Fee Collection Executive to manage student fee collections, follow up on pending payments, maintain accurate payment records, and coordinate with students, parents, accounts, and academic teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with students and parents regarding pending and upcoming fee payments.
- Ensure timely collection of course and installment fees.
- Maintain accurate records of fee payments, outstanding dues, and collection status.
- Make calls and send messages regarding payment reminders and due dates.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Academic teams for payment reconciliation.
- Issue and maintain proper payment receipts and documentation.
- Handle student/parent queries related to fees, installments, receipts, and payment status.
- Prepare daily and monthly fee collection reports.
- Track overdue payments and take necessary follow-up actions.




- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling financial information.
- Ensure all collections are properly recorded and reported to management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in fee collection, accounts receivable, collections, or customer support preferred.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle payment-related conversations professionally and politely.
- Positive negotiation and convincing skills.
- Experience in an educational institution or training organization will be an added advantage.
