nWindeson Trademart Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer – Womenswear to join our design team in Noida.

nLocation: Noida

nEmployment: Full-time | In office

nCategory: Womenswear

nSalary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on skills)

nWorking: 6 days a week

nExperience: Minimum 3 years

nKey Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop commercial womenswear styles based on international fashion trends
n
- Conduct trend, fabric, colour and market research
n
- Create design concepts, mood boards, sketches and CADs
n
- Develop prints, placements, colourways and garment details
n
- Work closely with merchandising, sampling and production teams
n
- Follow styles from concept through sampling and final approval
n
- Attend fittings and provide design corrections/comments
n
- Ensure designs meet buyer requirements, quality standards and timelines
n





nWhat We're Looking For

nMinimum 3 years of relevant fashion design experience

nStrong experience in womenswear

nExperience with an export house / apparel manufacturing / fashion brand preferred

nGood knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction and silhouettes

nProficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

nStrong trend awareness and commercial design sense

nGood communication and coordination skills

nAbility to work in a fast-paced apparel environment
