We are looking for a creative, trend-driven, and commercially minded Fashion Designer to join our growing fashion brand, primarily focused on fast fashion.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of current fashion trends, fabrics, silhouettes, colours, and consumer preferences. You will be responsible for developing fresh and commercially viable designs that can move quickly from concept to production, while maintaining the brand’s aesthetic and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify latest fashion trends, styles, colours, prints, fabrics, and silhouettes.
- Develop new and commercially appealing collections in line with the fast-fashion market.
- Create design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and tech packs for new styles.
- Work closely with the sourcing, merchandising, sampling, and production teams to take designs from concept to final product.
- Develop designs based on market trends, customer preferences, sales data, and competitor analysis.
- Select appropriate fabrics, trims, colours, prints, and embellishments for each style.
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers during the sampling and production process.
- Review samples and provide detailed feedback to ensure the final product matches the intended design.
- Ensure designs are fashion-forward, cost-effective, commercially viable, and suitable for mass production.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the brand’s identity while continuously introducing fresh and relevant designs.
- Manage multiple styles and deadlines in a fast-paced, quick-turnaround environment.

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Prior experience in fashion design, preferably within fast fashion,



D2C, retail, or apparel brands.
- Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and the ability to translate trends into commercially successful products.
- Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, fits, silhouettes, prints, and trims.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop or equivalent fashion-design software.
- Strong sketching, visualisation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to create detailed tech packs and communicate designs effectively with manufacturers.
- Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of garment quality.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple designs simultaneously.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- A robust and relevant portfolio is required.
