Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Development Manager to lead the engineering and continued evolution of TenantHub, our centralized platform for managing B2B tenants and white-label flight booking solutions.

The role requires a strong combination of technical leadership, solution architecture, team management, and delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical & Architecture Leadership :

- Own the overall technical direction and engineering quality of the TenantHub platform.
- Design scalable solutions for multi-tenant and white-label booking platforms.
- Ensure transparent separation between tenant configuration and the underlying shared booking platform.
- Define appropriate patterns for configuration management, caching, authentication, authorization, and service-to-service communication.

TenantHub Platform Development :

- Lead development and evolution of capabilities including tenant onboarding, configuration APIs,



feature flags, and pricing configuration.

Engineering Management :

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
- Provide technical guidance and remove engineering blockers.
- Own sprint execution, technical planning, estimation, and delivery commitments.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems.
- Experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of SQL Server and relational database design.
- Experience with Azure services and cloud-native application development.

Experience :

- 8 years of software development experience.
- 2 years in a technical leadership, Engineering Lead, Development Manager, or similar role.
