FACTORY PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a Factory Production Supervisor who can independently supervise and manage our factory operations, ensuring smooth production, quality output, and timely completion of targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently supervise day-to-day factory production activities
- Ensure production targets and schedules are met
- Manage manpower, shift planning, and work allocation
- Monitor machine operations, material usage, and workflow
- Maintain daily production records and reports
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed
- Coordinate with maintenance, stores, and management
- Handle shop-floor discipline and operational issues
- Report daily production status to management

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Production or relevant field)
- Minimum 1 years experience in a factory or manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Strong supervision and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
